Who we are
Digisafer Ltd is the official UK distributor of NEOVOLT home batteries and runs this website. We are the data controller for the information described here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 15034974, registered office 84 Wood Lane, London, England, W12 0BZ. You can reach us at admin@neovoltuk.com.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode and message. Your company, phone number and whether you are a homeowner, installer or wholesaler are optional. The website collects nothing else: it sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the IP address and the pages requested, to run and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you ask us to, arrange a supply. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing unless you ask for it, and we do not sell your information.
Who handles it for us
- Web3Forms delivers the form to our email. It says it does not store submissions and clears its server logs periodically. Its servers are in the United States.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, so your enquiry sits in our mailbox there.
- Cloudflare serves this website and keeps the server logs mentioned above.
These providers act on our instructions. Where they process data outside the UK, the transfer relies on the safeguards permitted under UK GDPR; details are available on request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become a customer, the correspondence becomes part of our customer and accounting records and is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep those records.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to admin@neovoltuk.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
